OUR PRODUCTS

We sell wellness, bath, body, home-fragrance and related products.

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability as accurately as possible.

Colours, packaging or presentation may occasionally differ slightly from images shown on the website, particularly where suppliers update packaging.

Nothing on this website is intended to constitute medical advice.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

If you have a medical condition, allergy, are pregnant, are taking medication or have concerns about using a product, please seek appropriate professional advice before use.

Always follow any instructions, warnings and ingredient information provided with the product.

ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
• payment cannot be authorised
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
• delivery cannot be completed to the address supplied

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

PRICES

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

NOW YOU WELLNESS is not currently VAT registered.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout where applicable.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or another third-party payment provider.

We do not directly store full payment-card details.

DELIVERY

Our current UK Standard Delivery charge is:

Standard Delivery is free on orders of £25 or more.

Our estimated Standard Delivery timeframe is:

5–8 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched by one of our approved fulfilment or supply partners.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability and stock levels may change without notice.

Some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and availability may therefore change between placing an item in your basket and completing checkout.

If we cannot fulfil an item after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

BUNDLES AND ROUTINES

Some NOW YOU WELLNESS products are offered as discounted bundles or routines consisting of multiple individual products.

Bundle availability depends on the availability of all component products.

If one component becomes unavailable, the bundle may become unavailable even where other components remain in stock.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Your rights to cancel an online order and return goods are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
