NOW YOU WELLNESS currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery: £4.99
FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £25 or more.
Estimated delivery time:
5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.
FULFILMENT
Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched by one of our approved fulfilment partners.
This means products may be shipped directly from our fulfilment provider rather than from the NOW YOU WELLNESS business address.
Where an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally arrive separately.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully authorised.
Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

NOW YOU WELLNESS cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
